Growing up in Northern Colorado, Eli gained a passion for flying from the Foltz family trade. Mentored by his Grandpa and father, he worked on his Private-Commercial throughout highschool.
After several cross-country flights from Colorado to Montana, he loved the idea of flight instructing in the beautiful area of Bozeman. Through working on his CFI, he has developed a strong desire to see others enjoy flying as much as he does.
When not instructing, you can find Eli ice climbing in the winter and backpacking in the summer.
